WHO WE ARE

We are female construction workers from diferent skills and trades in construction sector in the Philippines. We believe in our ability and strength to be recognized in the construction industry because as women our participation, voice and contribution to society is important.

WAYS WE HELP

We provide education, training to train new leaders, new organizers, educators, and new women construction workers.

In this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need, empower women and communities, without any forms of discrimination because construction work is for everyone. Through partnership with other organizations and allied organizations citizens have the opportunity specifically women, can gain power through their own abilities and confidence to fulfill their potential and talent in the construction work
